Gradually, we’ve learned best practices, woven them into software, certified Circles Guides, and discovered ways to help organizations. We believe the best modern leaders have their own small group of peers that challenge and support them. We love to work with these leaders when they are compelled to provide similar opportunities to their teams and organizations. That’s our bullseye customer.

The Team Table is a unique, professionally guided, virtual experience. It enables managers to host conversations that improve the health and productivity of teams. Peer learning circles are more cost-efficient and impactful than 1:1 executive coaching. Great small groups infuse organizations with engagement and agility. We designed many programs and our customers are constantly helping us improve and adding new ones. The content-light nature of a program makes it easy to customize.
