How it Works

Professional Guides

CircleSpace Guides™ are experts in small group dynamics. They create space to amplify all voices and set minds & hearts at ease. They assess a team or circle of peers and can chart a structured process that gets them where they want to go. They give confidence to lean into tough but rewarding conversations. They model how leadership can come from anywhere in the circle. They teach facilitation.

Circles Guides come to us through various Circles ‘traditions’ – team development, group & peer coaching, leadership development, restorative practices, forum, masterminds, executive education and more. They may or may not practice 1:1 executive, career, fitness, mindfulness or other coaching. They love unlocking deep ties in a small group. They are joining us on our mission to support more circles in the world.

Meet Our Guides

Our work with the Lauder Institute at Wharton, Harvard Business School and YPO, allowed us to attract and train a pool of world-class guides who are agile and experienced to meet your most challenging team and work with your senior leaders.
